Learn about how women have created successful careers in entrepreneurship. Explore the classic themes of leadership, creativity, negotiation, networking, and funding as well as the unique motivations, characteristics, and challenges of female entrepreneurs. Class time devoted to group exercises and an incredible lineup of guest speakers. Open to students of all majors, no prior experience required, men encouraged to enroll. Readings will cover classics in the field of entrepreneurship as well as women-specific literature on starting your own business. Class time will be devoted to group exercises to practice your skills and an incredible lineup of guest speakers to learn from the entrepreneurs themselves.
